How do I access the membership?

​

Everything is accessible from the membership hub. The hub includes featured hotels, destinations, itineraries, etc. Within the hub will be links to additional resources like Google Docs and Trello boards. Links to these resources will change periodically. I recommend accessing the resources via the membership hub so you don't encounter broken links.

​

What if I can't find what I'm looking for in the membership hub?

​

There is a search function inside the membership to help you find the resources you're looking for. We have a dedicated discussion area within the membership to ask questions of me and each other, and you can also post questions in the British Isles Facebook group.

 

If there's content that you need that isn't available yet, please let me know so it can be prioritized in the content release plan.

Is content for every country and region available right now?

​

Content for every country is available now, but not every region within each country. Content is being added regularly, and will continue to grow for the foreseeable future.

 

What's currently in the membership:

  • London

    • Hotels - 20 recommended London hotels currently available, with over 200 hotels being added.

    • Restaurants - Over 40 recommended restaurants and afternoon tea experiences so you can suggest the right dining options to fit your client's interests.

    • Things to do - More than 50 recommended experiences, from the Tower of London and Big Ben to Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. Each experience has its own Trello card, with plenty of information you can include in a proposal or itinerary, as well as details like hours, guided tour options, and so much more.

    • Guides - Customizable Canva guides with topics like "11 Historic Pubs to Visit in London" and "7 Afternoon Teas in London". These can be branded and sent to clients, used as website opt-ins, or even as SEO-optimized blog posts. A full customizable London guide is also on the way.

    • Itineraries - From a one-day Harry Potter-themed walking tour to a 3-day Essential London itinerary, we've got you covered. Plus lots more itineraries are in the works.

    • Social Media - 225 of my best London photos and 65 of my best videos, all edited and ready for you to use on your social media, website, or client-facing documents and itineraries. Plus there are ready-to-customize social media captions to help get you started!

    • Trip Planning Tools - Resources like a London airport guide, how to match your clients to the right London neighborhood, and detailed transportation guides for getting clients to and from London Heathrow, London City Airport, and (coming soon) the Southampton Cruise Terminal.

    • Hotels - 20 hotels in the Cotswolds, Lake District, and York & Yorkshire, with over 600 additional England hotels, from 5-star countryside manors to small inns, guesthouses, and country pubs, being added.​
    • Restaurants - 25 recommended restaurants in the Cotswolds, Lake District, and York & Yorkshire, with dozens more coming.
    • Things to do - Over 180 recommended experiences, from castle visits to countryside walks and quaint towns and villages your clients will want to visit.
    • Guides - A beautiful, customizable England Know Before You Go is included in your membership (a $25 value if you were to purchase it separately from our Etsy shop!), plus lots of customizable regional and city guides are in the works.
    • Regions - The Cotswolds, Lake District, and York & Yorkshire are currently up in the membership. Resources for other regions are coming in the next few weeks.
    • Social Media - Hundreds of photos and videos for Bath, Oxford, the Cotswolds, York & Yorkshire, the Lake District, Kent & Sussex, and the Peak District are either currently available or coming soon!

    • Hotels - Over 180 hotels, from 5-star Dublin classics to small countryside B&Bs, that you can confidently recommend to your clients.​

    • Things to do - 75 historic destinations, scenic trains, churches, Highland safaris, and more are currently in the membership, with lots more coming.

    • Regions - Current resources focus on Edinburgh and the Highlands, with other regions coming in the next few weeks.

    • Guides - A customizable Scotland Know Before You Go guide, (a $25 value if you were to purchase it separately from our Etsy shop!) ready for you to brand to your agency and send to your clients.

    • Itineraries - 1-3 day itineraries focusing on different regions and cities are in development.

  • Northern Ireland & Wales

    • These destinations are in lower demand, so currently have more limited resources. New resources are being added as they're requested, with lots of resources planned for the future.​

  • DMCs, TOs, Drivers & Guides

    • There's a full list of our recommended partners available exclusively to members. We're adding to this list regularly as we find new partners that we recommend.​

       

New content is being added regularly, and members are notified when new content is available.

 

Reliable resources are in high demand. So I'm making this membership available as soon as possible instead of waiting for every piece of content for every region in every country to be ready.

Do you give refunds if I join and change my mind?

​

We do not give refunds. All sales are final.

​

The yearly plan works out to a lower cost each month, but I can't afford it right now. Can I switch from a monthly to a yearly plan later?

​

Yes. On a standard subscription, you can switch from monthly to yearly at any time. When you make the change, your subscription year "restarts" and you'll get the two months free that are part of the yearly rate.

​

I joined as a Founding Member (prior to March 21, 2025). Can I switch to paying monthly?

​

The Founding Member rate was only available with a yearly plan. You can switch to monthly when your membership is up for renewal, but you'll forfeit your Founding Member rate and benefits.​

​

Are there any other perks of being a member that I should know about?

​

We're in the early stages of planning some FAM trips. Details will be provided later in the year. Priority consideration will be given to Founding Members (members who joined March 14 - 21, 2025), followed by regular members, and then members of the Travel Advisors Selling the British Isles Facebook group.

Is it really worth the investment?
