How do I access the membership?
​
Everything is accessible from the membership hub. The hub includes featured hotels, destinations, itineraries, etc. Within the hub will be links to additional resources like Google Docs and Trello boards. Links to these resources will change periodically. I recommend accessing the resources via the membership hub so you don't encounter broken links.
​
What if I can't find what I'm looking for in the membership hub?
​
There is a search function inside the membership to help you find the resources you're looking for. We have a dedicated discussion area within the membership to ask questions of me and each other, and you can also post questions in the British Isles Facebook group.
If there's content that you need that isn't available yet, please let me know so it can be prioritized in the content release plan.

Is content for every country and region available right now?

Content for every country is available now, but not every region within each country. Content is being added regularly, and will continue to grow for the foreseeable future.

Do you give refunds if I join and change my mind?
​
We do not give refunds. All sales are final.

The yearly plan works out to a lower cost each month, but I can't afford it right now. Can I switch from a monthly to a yearly plan later?
​
Yes. On a standard subscription, you can switch from monthly to yearly at any time. When you make the change, your subscription year "restarts" and you'll get the two months free that are part of the yearly rate.
​
I joined as a Founding Member (prior to March 21, 2025). Can I switch to paying monthly?
​
The Founding Member rate was only available with a yearly plan. You can switch to monthly when your membership is up for renewal, but you'll forfeit your Founding Member rate and benefits.​
​
Are there any other perks of being a member that I should know about?
​
We're in the early stages of planning some FAM trips. Details will be provided later in the year. Priority consideration will be given to Founding Members (members who joined March 14 - 21, 2025), followed by regular members, and then members of the Travel Advisors Selling the British Isles Facebook group.
