If I have want to make updates to my website later on, can you help me?​

Absolutely! I offer an hourly rate for smaller website updates, whether it's to the copy or the design. For more in-depth updates I'll take a look at what you'd like to do and give you a cost estimate for the project.

Someone else built my site but I'd like to make some changes, can you do that?
​
I don't do most updates or changes to sites that I didn't build. It's too complicated for both of us, and we'll end up wasting a lot of time. You're better off having me build a whole new site. The one exception is for my website reboot services, where I make changes to back-end data and refresh the copy on existing sites.

What if I don't love my new website?
​
Before I create your site you'll see a mock-up of what the final site will look like to make sure you like it. If there is a specific color, font, or image you don't like you can let me know as it's built and I'll change it. Let me know right away if there's something you don't love, it's much easier to change at that point! I don't give refunds for "I just decided I don't like it" but I always try to fix whatever it is you don't love.

I'm really not tech savvy. What if I break my site?
​
First of all, that's pretty hard to do. But if you do, fear not. I have hourly rates for clients whose websites I've built to take care of things like that.

Do I get a discount if I buy a copy package now and decide later I want to have you design my website?
​
I offer specific pricing for a website build if you're using copy that I wrote for you previously. Reach out and let me know you'd like to have a new site built and we'll talk about pricing and timing.​

Can you guarantee my new site will get me new customers?
​
Every business is different, and your website is just one part of your marketing. If you think a new website will turn your business around without doing anything else, it won't. Business growth takes work, but I can promise you that it's easier to get new customers when you have a website that speaks directly to their wants and needs.
Coaching Services

How much time should I expect to commit each week during a coaching program?​
​
Each of our coaching calls will be one hour. There will be some work to complete in order to implement what you're learning and prepare for the next call. Allow 2-4 hours per week for prep and implementation.​

Can you just take care of all my marketing for me?​
​
Absolutely, I provide custom marketing services with a retainer rate, which can include copywriting, list building, social media, and almost anything else you can think of. These services fall under a "fractional CMO (Chief Marketing Officer)" agreement. If you're interested in that type of service just reach out or fill out the contact form and let's talk!​

Do you offer any type of guarantee or refund if the coaching program isn't working for me?
​
Coaching is a significant investment, which can pay off by making a huge impact on your success. But not every coach is the right fit, and I want to make sure you're happy with the decision you made to work with me. That's why I offer a money-back guarantee. If, by the end of the second coaching session, you aren't confident you'll get the results you want, you can submit the completed work you've done up to that point and receive a refund.

Coaching only works if you're willing to put in the time and effort to do the work, so if you haven't done the work a refund will not be issued. Once the refund deadline has passed, or if you haven't done the work and so don't qualify for a refund, you are responsible for all remaining payments if you're on a payment plan.

Will the "Double Your Revenue" coaching program actually double what I make?
​
With any coaching program, results can't be guaranteed because they're directly tied to the time and effort you put into implementing what you learn. If you implement just one of the strategies, everything else in your business staying the same, your revenue will increase.
